I see that our old friend is at it again. It's funny how people that claim to have nothing to hide, keep changing their names and hiding behind new aliases and websites.

I find it deplorable that a registered sex offender, who plead guilty to three charges of molesting two girls during a 4 year time frame, is even allowed on the Internet. Even worse is that he lives in a residential motel, where other guests likely have children, that is also near a school.

After this information was originally discovered, Ricky Lincoln, aka Hobbit55 and Hobbit555, was removed from CF, and seemingly disappeared. What most people didn't realize is that he was becoming more and more active in websites dealing with missing children, such as Haleigh Cummings. He was run out of those sites and shut down his own "Hearts For Haleigh" forum when they found out who he really was.

Now, he's at it again, teaming up with a suspected con-artist, who is allegedly scamming followers to help her fund a court case to save her daughter from an allegedly abusive father. No such court case has been filed, and investigations into the allegations made by the mother have proven that the allegations have no merit.

Now, our Internet Neighborhood RSO (Registered Sex Offender) is going by the name Troy Casper, and has his own blog, again, about missing and abused children.

There has got to be a better way to keep dangerous, admitted child molestors away from our children, both out on the streets, and on the Internet.
