Well, I've officially started the Community-Feedback.com upgrade.
The biggest part of the upgrade is re-arranging the file structure to clean it up and make it make more sense. Originally, CF was in the hosting root directory. Over the years, I've added other websites to that hosting account, including this one, and the file structure has become quite "muddy". A couple of months ago, I created a complete backup of CF and uploaded to the <root>/cf folder. This website is in the <root>/imm folder. With the downtime of this upgrade, it's the perfect time to completely move CF to the <root>/cf folder. I've updated the <root>/cf folder so that all of the attachments, uploads, and avatar uploads are up to date. Now, I'm just waiting for the Hosting Control Panel at GoDaddy to update the "primary" website.
What does that matter you ask? Well, the "primary" website must use the <root> folder. Previously, CF was the "primary" website. For CF to use the /cf folder, I have to name a new "primary" website which will use the <root> folder. The new "primary" website will be CollinsWebProperties.com, which will eventually house a static HTML page detailing what I can do, and a means of contacting me for the odd job.
Where I sit right now is that the "primary" website change is "pending". CollinsWebProperties.com loads CF, as it should since it's pointing at the root folder where CF currently resides. I just have to wait for CF to "disappear" so that I can add it back into the domain manager as a non-primary domain and point it to the /cf folder. With the combination of ADD and OCD, I find myself continually clicking the "refresh" button in the domain manager, hoping to see "setup" instead of "pending changes" next to CollinsWebProperties.com. When that finally happens, I can add CF and continue with the upgrade to IPB 3.1.3.
I'm sure that there will be more later, but right now it's time for a smoke break before I break the refresh button.

Well, all of the directory changes are done. CF is running from the /cf folder. Time for bed.
